We live in a 3-room flat in Chinatown area for many years. In 4Q2008, we acquired another unit next to ours and would like to convert the two units of 3-room flats into a jumbo unit. A major renovation was therefore carried out to combine the two units.

Through our friend, we get to contact Vivien whom we engaged for a fengshui consultation. Vivien first came to our flat and the surrounding to check on the flat's facing and sitting position, checking the interior of the house and collect birth details of all the family members. She worked out the BaZhi Charts for each of us and also drew up the 9-grid floor plan based on the year-built and facing of the flat. A face-to-face consultation was then carried out to advise us the best date and time to commence the renovation work. We followed exactly her advice.

With the completion of the renovation work, we also took her advice over the placement of beds, stoves, fish tank, altar, study desks and the direction of the main door etc. All these were placed in accordance with the BaZhi charts of the family members to ensure that they are to the best of our benefit and there is no crash/conflicts with one another.

We were also given the auspicious date and time to move into the new home in order to receive the best qi and fengshui benefit.

She explained to us all the rationales in great details and we followed her advice entirely and have been very happy and satisfied with her fengshui advice. Following her advice, we have also asked our children to sit with the facing most beneficial to them when they study and this has reaped good outcome and they have scored very well in their studies. We have been enjoying good health, harmony and wealth although we do not carry out any annual fengshui to the flat.

 

We have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective friends/relatives/clients and we hope that all will benefit from her fengshui expertise and date selection know-how.
